Happiness and inner peace
In the name of God
For the relation between happiness and inner peace I must mention that one of the most important factors of achieving prosperity is reaching inner peace.


Mind control and inner peace


Maintaining inner peace causes a person to send a frequency of self which shows a person’s self-confidence, which means they have trust on themselves and they live whit the peace of mind.
Now this peace comes back to the mind of the person , that is , the one who has control over the mind of themselves or in other words can control their inner thoughts and won’t let the wrong thoughts take control of their life, that person has peace of mind thus they have inner peace.


Different kinds of mind control


Ok so what is this mind control? We have two kinds of mind control:
Control over inputs of the mind and control over inner thoughts.
In the beginning we will explain about inputs of the mind and later on we will explain control of inner thoughts.


What are the inputs of the mind?


The inputs of our mind are the things we see and we hear, like the pictures and images we see or the NEWS that are narrated to us by professional reporters or the events that happens in the society and evokes our feelings, TV movies, social medias that show us war and bloodshed, poverty, violence , jails and hospitals, movies that provokes distrust, heartbreaks and every other examples that comes to mind, they show all of this to put bad thoughts on your mind and thus bad beliefs will take form inside the human mind and they will obviously lead to interruption of inner peace.


Solutions to control over mind inputs


So the first step was learning about mind inputs that we explained. Now the next step is to take focus over things that are the cause of displease and discomfort. Stop looking at anything that will ruin your mind and you don’t need to explain to anyone or react when others are talking about them. And when others talk to you about a topic that is uncomfortable to you or displeases you, simply change the subject or calmly and respectfully ask them to talk about something else and don’t fight over it with people because by arguing you will also provoke your emotions. Calmly and respectfully change the subject or if you are in a place that people are mostly talking about this topic you can simply leave the place.


Control over mind and inner thoughts


Now we reach the topic of taking control over thoughts.
Control over thoughts means that one must not react to events on the moment. It means not losing your composure and keeping calm on the events and not showing on spot reaction to things that happen in society and to not judge others. Because loss of control on mind is anger, jealousy, body and mind illness and pointless grief. You can see that this is something that is sadly a big phenomenon in our society and a huge percent of people are radical and once they see an event they immediately react and start making conversations and rumors about it that will lead to more displeasing events and cause nothing but mind and body illness for a lot of people. Although we must keep in mind that these inner thoughts are caused by the inputs of the mind because mind will start thinking about what it sees in the moment and will keep focus on that topic which leads discomfort and after moments you realize that you have seen something that was displeasing to you and it unintentionally ruined your inner thoughts.


Solutions to control inner thoughts


Here is where we talk about some of the ways that I will explain.
The best way to control your inner thoughts is talking, that is taking your attention over that displeasing topic and talking about what you want. Talking in a way that you can hear you own voice. At first if you are in a group and you can feel the person next to you has a frequency higher than yours than talk to that person about a topic that you like. Talk about thing that make you happy. Sometimes you find yourself alone and at that time you can talk to yourself about good memories and things that you enjoy doing. Like saying hey it was fun going to that place with that guy. Thank the God and that is the easiest way to start.
There is another way and it is very useful and that is doing some busy work. Start doing something inside or outside of the house and it must be physical work and keep yourself busy with that. Anything that you enjoy like cleaning the house or taking care of your garden, taking a walk outside, exercise, go to a park and while walking focus on the beauties of the world like flowers and trees and concisely talk to yourself about it. About good weather or beautiful flowers and plants and praise the lord for them.
There is another way which I personally really like and you may find it useful.
And that is nothing other than talking to your God. To take moment and praise the God for all the incredible things you have in life. Pray in a way that will make you feel good. Take your focus from your dislikes and put them on things you like.
Let me give an example from holy Quran. It is about prophet Solomon when he was crossing the field of ants. One of the ants said to the others that army of Solomon is coming and that you should all go to your lair and take shelter or else you will be stomped by the army.
But instead of losing his temper Solomon starts praying and says: Lord give me strength so that I can praise you for all the great things you have bestowed upon me and my parents, so that I can do things that please you and with your grace put me between the best of your people. See how Solomon talks in a way that leads to his calmness?
Now these are just some of the ways and in the future parts I will explain more things but note that the mentioned topics are very important and mandatory in having a lifetime of inner peace and happiness.
