Ways of creating physical and mental health

Greetings.
Today I want to discuss health with you, considering that both physical health and mental health are and important issue in people’s life, everyone should have enough skill in maintaining their own health and they should know what methods they can use in terms of physical and mental health. You should know that it is humans themselves who create health or illness in themselves, that is, if someone is healthy, the main reason is themselves. If someone is sick, the main reason is themselves, now let's see why humans exist. Some live a healthy life; others deal with illness.


Differences between healthy and ill person


You may have seen some people in their eighty’s or ninety’s who say that they have never taken a single pill in their in entire lives. The reason for that is the person themselves. On the other hand you may see someone in their thirty’s who takes every king of medicinal drugs and know every pill and if you ask them how you live they say I need to take sleeping pills to go to bed or I need anti-stress pills to keep calm and they deal with different kinds of illness every day.
Now we want to know why these groups co-exist together despite all of the differences.


Important reasons for illness


Now if we want to know what is the reason for all of these diseases…
The most important reason is fear. Fear in every person’s heart causes them to pay too much attention to that disease to try and prevent them when exist all of these doctors and nurses who deal with patients every day. Researcher who work hard to find the cure for them, have all the medicines treatments yet they never get sick. You may have seen some doctors who live their entire lives in hospitals yet they never catch a single disease. What is the difference between these two groups? The first group focus on the illness from fear and second group pay attention due to research and achieving the desired result. These groups have a huge difference that’s why the first group gravitate the diseases toward themselves but the second group is the exact opposite.
So, we can conclude, no type of disease can affect the human body unless the person pays attention to it out of fear and concern and attracts it to themself.
There is another issue of paying attention to the disease that some people who attract the disease to themselves are those who claim that I will not be like that, you see a disease that has spread in the society, they say that I will not be affected because I do not pay attention to it. This sentence itself is a concern, claiming that I don't get sick is a kind of attention that causes the disease to be attracted to that person. Be careful, one day you see a disease that is common in the society, be indifferent to that disease. Although many of you are resistant to this sentence of mine, this is a very important point. Be indifferent and neutral about everything, it will not be attracted to you, especially in terms of illness.
It means don't research what is happening in your world, live your own life and always talk to yourself and those around you only about health and well-being.


Stress, concern and fear are cause of illness


There is also a type of disease that plagues people for a long time, and it is a disease that manifests itself in the human body due to inappropriate thoughts, long-term worries, long-term disappointments, and depression. You see a person’s spouse or one of their relatives went on a trip or passed away or something happened to them, this person starts to grieve and as a result of long-term grieving due to the feeling of loneliness they destroy themselves from within. The effect of these kinds of issues such as extreme grieving, why so-and-so passed away, why he went on a trip, left me alone, and these kinds of illnesses manifest themselves in the human body. The reason is that the human soul has moved away from the source of existence or God, and when the human soul moves away from the source of energy, the human body gets sick. This is a principle for maintaining human health. What is the solution now?


Ways of treatment and maintaining health


You see, the best solution is for a person to always be connected to this source of energy, that is, any person, no matter what religion, any profession, it does not matter if a person is cheerful, that means he is connected to the main source energy, if a person is depressed and there is sadness, it means that they have distanced themselves from this source of energy, and if you want to increase your mental and physical health, you must reconnect to this source, and that source of energy is none other than God...
If the remembrance of God is in your heart every moment, with a feeling of joy, with a feeling of freshness, you say that God is with me as the biggest supporter in the world. If someone is far away from me, God is with me.
If someone is gone and there is no possibility of their return, God is with me and with this correct view, we maintain peace and health in our existence.
I will give an example from the Qur'an, Abraham took his son and wife and left them in the middle of the desert. When Hajar asked him where are you going and to whom are you leaving us, Abraham said that I leave you to God, hope for God's mercy. That is a characteristic that a person’s soul never departs from God, and that person always lives healthy and well, and his thoughts are easy in all respects.
The topic of health is very broad, I would like to talk more about genetic or hereditary beliefs that say this disease is hereditary, high blood pressure or similar diseases, we talk more about it and I will tell you that the issue of genetics and inheritance in human life It has no effect and these are people's inner beliefs that I will try to bring up in the future discussions in the future meetings or I will talk to you more about these issues in the training classes.
